Lifetime Gianni Versace Couture Fall/Winter 1996/1997 purple one shoulder dress. In this collection Versace placed emphasis on bias cut details and playful shoulder straps. This dress perfectly exemplifies both of those features in a classic hue of Versace purple. The rich shade of fuchsia contrasts with the chrome "GV" logo hardware detail on the shoulder strap. Couture construction interior with a gently boned and padded bodice. Three panels of silk and twill silk make up the mid-length dress. Great vintage condition with some light signs of age in the delicate silk at the bottom hem of the dress commensurate with age. Fully lined. 100% Silk.
