This avant-garde dress from under-the-radar French designer Robert Normand, French designer and interior designer, is a textural piece. The side ruffles of cascading textures are really the focal point of this dress. Fully silk and oh so lush, this is a statement as much as it emphasizes comfort. In excellent condition, no apparent flaws. Belt is a double wrap around with three size adjustment button holes. Labeled size 40. Suited best for a US size 4-6.
