A dress from Maison Martin Margiela's Spring 2013 collection that feels effortlessly modern yet simultaneously plucked from antiquity. The avant-garde design showcases the House's prestigious draping. The inner dress is of a knit taupe-beige knit jersey in a straight shift cut. The front of the dress is transformed with an asymmetrically draped panel of butter-cream colored crepe silk-viscose. The lightweight drape delivers a fluid movement across the figure that cascades into a floating hemline. Quintessential Margiela. Simple zipper closure down the center back. Unlined. Made in Italy.
