This 1999 Junya for Comme des Garçons lightweight taffeta trapeze top or mini comes in sleek shade of black and features a V-neckline, Johnny collar, and 3/4 length sleeves. The top's uniquely draped asymmetrical silhouette includes a confusing peekaboo element revealing the rows of about 20 pleated ruffles present throughout the garment's interior. The quilt-like top-stitched texture visible on the garment's exterior hints at the impressive pleats located underneath.
