The dress features a simple inverted triangle silhouette with the classic early '80s rounded shoulder pads. Composed of a navy blue lightweight knit wool, the design showcases a wide blue silk ribbon detail that runs from the front center hem diagonal to the left shoulder, crowned with a silk bow at the shoulder.
