Chado Ralph Rucci Spring/Summer 2001 charcoal cashmere pant suit ensemble with top-stitching. Rucci's pieces are celebrated for their attention to detail and austere style. This weightless and sleek ensemble is the height of sophistication. The detail of this intricate and luxurious tactile feat is hard to capture in photos. The delicate detail conveys a quiet yet playful elegance.
The charcoal black cashmere jacket is adorned with black buttons and detailed with a ribbed-knit topstitch pattern creating multiple panels. The lapels, pocket flaps, and front placket are made from contrasting ribbed topstitching. The jacket features two front patch pockets and black shank buttons on both closure and cuffs.
The black mid-rise slacks are composed of a cashmere twill with decorative topstitching outlining the shape of the pocket with matching stitching in back at back of waist. Lined with silk. Clasp closure.
