Romantic 1930's dressing gown in a soft peach lace overlaid silk that's a great summer dress! Delicate alençon lace with intricate florals and scrolling vines embroidered over a fine lace mesh. Sweet wrap style silhouette with an enclosed tie at the side waist hidden by a seamless snap closure . Unlined lace flutter sleeves. Lightweight silk lining.
The detail shots capture the true color of this gem in natural light. A muted and warm-hued fleshy shade of peach.
Great vintage condition with gentle wear commensurate with the nearly 100 year age. The innermost tie has been replaced and one original self-fabric silk tie remains. Not noticeable on the outside.
