This incredible black cocktail dress, designed by a top French designer Liliane Romi, exudes luxury and modernity. The stunning rhinestone neckline adds a touch of elegance. With 3D wire hooped peplums, this silhouette is darling and is definitely reminiscent of if Sabrina Carpenter did Breakfast at Tiffany's. Excellent condition. Back zipper, neck hook closures. Back flap of peplum opens and closes with two snaps. Missing one rhinestone (pictured). Slight green marks, perhaps metal discoloration at top of collar (not noticeable from afar). Approximate size 0. Very narrow skirt opening. Please refer to measurements. Wired upturned collar detail can be turned inward to lie flat.
