Flirty and feminine hot pink gown by Tony Ward. This modern Barbie dream dress has a cheeky secret— under the semi-sheer pink silk-blend mousseline petals lies a pair of built-in sparkling silver embellished hot pants! The micro-shorts have a retro hot pants style silhouette calling back to old school showgirls with a slanted cut that elongates the leg.
The shorts are composed of two layers of a pink stretch net tulle backing and lining with the front's exterior layer densely covered in strands of silver and clear beads, rhinestones, and silver sequins. The front of the shorts shimmer through the semi-sheer mousseline. The straps at the shoulder are decorated with matching rectangular rhinestones, crystals, sequins, and beads.
The bodice of the gown crosses across the bust in a beautifully ruched sweetheart neckline of hot pink mousseline creating illusion cut-outs above the waist and at the sides of the bodice. These cut-outs are lined with pale beige net lace for discretion and support. The waist is wrapped in in a ruched panel of mousseline. The skirt of the gown flows delicately from the waist and petals into a beautiful train. The skirt is a single gathered layer of hot pink mousseline.
The show-stopping gown is finished with a hidden zipper at the back. Lined bodice. The fabric is 50% silk and 50% synthetic. There is no additional closure to the shorts aside from the zipper at the back connected to the outer gown. Original retail price $6,600.
