Little black party dress from the early 1980's by James Galanos. A gauzy black crepe rayon adds a rich texture to the fluid lines of this tunic dress. The eye is first drawn to the intriguing portrait neckline followed by the rounded shoulders that drape into wrapped tulip sleeves. The dress falls above the knee with a rounded slit at the left side measuring approximately 11 inches. Sexy keyhole at the back with a single hook and eye closure. The dress is unlined and composed of a single layer of mid-weight crepe rayon. Straight, tunic-style silhouette.
