This Miyake is a time-capsule to an ancient time of immaculately placed pleats and curve-hugging silhouettes. The mock-rope threading that separates the pleats in tiers is a clue to Issey Miyake's inspiration here. There is an air of ancient greek goddess and like them, this dress outlines a strong, curvaceous and feminine body. In addition to the rope detailing and pleats, this dress is a super soft cupro that feels like a soft cloud on skin. Multi layered and inky, you can shift between Athena and Persephone in this ancient dark dream. Excellent condition, zipper on side. Listed as Japanese size 2, approximate US size 8.
