This fantastic convertible trench coat/ dress is another beauty from Japanese designer Yohji Yamamoto. Like many of Yamamoto's pieces, this is an imaginatively flexible piece. Both button sided breasts fold to give a two sided closure- additionally, if you want to fold both sides and open the chest in a military-style nod, you can! There are many ways to wear this piece as it includes a waist belt, a neck belt and two wrist belts as well. All these belts also allude to (dare we imply?) a little bondage action... and we are here for how subtle it is! This is military/goth/bondage core all in one- and with the half pleated skirt, we are swooning for that feminine touch! Wool and cupro. Excellent vintage condition, some rust colored wear on belt; we are unsure if it is intentional or just wear.
