Vibrant little 1980's party dress attributed to Galanos. Don't let the simple silhouette mislead you, with the right heels the lines of this dress lengthen the legs for days! Classic late 1980's shoulders give the figure an elegant and elongated appearance. This cocktail dress is composed of a delicate silk chiffon with eyelash lace accents in an alluring shade of turquoise blue. The slightly extended neckline scoops just above the décolletage drawing attention to the defined shoulder and to the billowing, gathered sleeves. The dress has been exquisitely crafted into dynamic knife pleats from the body to the high hip and throughout the sleeves. The cuffs and low hip-to-hem of the dress are of a romantic floral eyelash lace overlaying the silk chiffon. Unlined, double-layered silk chiffon. The knife pleating adds additional modesty. Zip and hook closure up the back.

Great condition. One teeny stain inside the lining of the skirt that is not visible on the outside. Also a very small nick snag in center back.
