A timeless piece as seen on the Fall 2004 runway from Michael Kors' last collection for Celine. Kors elegantly articulated a poigant image of this collection in the program note, "The sporty American simplicity of C.Z. Guest and Carolyn Bessette Kennedy mixed with the youthful European sophistication of Leslie Caron, Jean Seberg and Audrey Hepburn".
Beautifully cut to contour your figure, the dress is complete with an invisible zipper in back for a secure fit. 96% virgin wool, 4% elastane, so there is some stretch. This piece is immaculately constructed with the method used by master minimalist colorists and tailors like Halston, Ralph Rucci, and Cristobal Balenciaga and it is called split-seam finishing, so there is no need for a lining.
Photo #8 shows a "Finition Main" label, which literally translates to finished by hand, which places this piece in the high end ready-to-wear category. The classic sheath dress is sophisticated in silhouette that features an animal print that is as timeless as it is chic.
