Regal and romantic Valentino Boutique black silk blouse. Circa 1980's. Dramatic pleated taffeta ruffle collar juxtaposed against soft, sheer silk chiffon. Button cuff closure on both cuffs. Hidden snap closures for collar at the front shoulder. Excellent condition.
