Stamped Staley Hagler NYC designating its creation from the 1980s (or perhaps slightly later). Designed by either Ian St. Gielar or Mark Mercy as both controversially continued to use the mark after the designers death.  Regardless - this is a masterfully constructed piece with intricate wirework and expert craftsmanship. Excellent condition.
