Martine Sitbon Elegant Draped Silk Blouse

Martine Sitbon was Chloe's creative director in 1988 and its clear through her eponymous house how she brought life into one that was struggling at the time. Her designs are modern, feminine and intriguing. Super flattering linen and silk drapery blouse. The draping on this are so elegant and evoke the ancient grecian statues with their flowing robes and drapes. The pleated ruching emboldens this form and the eventual side skirting of the drapery is the gorgeous detailing that sends us over! The hook closure back is an added sexy detail to this piece. There is some light pulled threads scattered on silk, otherwise the piece is in excellent vintage condition. Estimated size 6. Labeled a EU 40.
