Sweet little Blumarine Blugirl dress. Circa late '90s to early 2000's. Empire waist silhouette with baby blue velvet straps to match the velvet bow trim below the bodice. White floral eyelash lace over a pale blue lining. Back zip closure. Excellent condition, appears unworn.
