Lovely, delicate and maybe a little lethal. From the up-scale boutique, Mignon, a chiffon cocktail dress from the 1970s in black shot with metallic striping and watercolor floral print. Blouson blouse with long sleeves that are shirred at wrist, boat neckline, wide black velvet cummerbund waist and matching sash belt. Full skirt with built in slip. Even more beautiful in person. Excellent condition.
