Emmanuel Ungaro black knit cut out dress. Circa late 1990's. Mesh panels with circular cut outs adorn the bodice. Peplum quarter length sleeves. Semi-sheer chunky horizontal ribbed stripes create a sultry optical illusion. Unlined and semi-sheer, pair with a slip or your favorite lingerie. Excellent condition.
