Phenomenal 1940s rayon print dress.  Deep blue with chartreuse and white painterly angel print. Lightweight and sheer.  V neck with interesting seaming. Comes with matching belt in fair condition - also has strong, padded shoulders. Slight soiling around neck - not visible when worn otherwise in excellent condition.
