1970s era Bill Blass full length dress in lipstick red. Strapless style with V-neck tie. Pleated top the flares out under bust. Lightweight blended fabric, fully lined. Boning in top to keep everything in place. Petersham  present on interior waistline. Neck tie starts from center front and ties at back of neck. So simple and so flattering.  Excellent condition.
