Mini dress or tunic top? we are not sure but we don't judge. Miu Miu from the 2000s. Black leather with oversized collar, dropped shouders, half sleeves and oversized bow at hip. Oversized snaps up the back. Fully lined.  It would appear 100% utilitarian and no nonsense if not for that bow. So its about 77-78% no nonsense with the bow. Slight wear on interior collar at back - not noticeable when worn otherwise in excellent condition.
