Flirty little party dress by Charles Chang Lima. Circa 2000's white silk chiffon beautifully gathers at the bust between panels of intricate black lace down the center, sides, waist, and shoulders. The sweeping skirt hem is adorned with a panel of black lace and a panel of black silk. Fully lined in white silk. Back zips down the back of skirt and buttons between the shoulders. Excellent condition, missing label but no other flaws to note. Appears unworn.
