Jeebus. Is what we said when we saw this. 1970s halter dress in buttery soft leather with allover whipstitching.  Most likely constructed by Arturo Arocha for the Pieles Pitic label. And in the if you know you know department - you know that this is the company that made clothing for the new born label North Beach Leather.  Ties at neck with lace up back. Excellent condition.
