This 1960s lifetime probable Chanel windowpane plaid wool suit is the perfect statement piece for any fashionable wardrobe. Boasting a timeless sophisticated look, this piece is sure to last you a lifetime. With 2 Eclair zippers and other details that ring true to Chanel from that time period, we are not 100% sure of it's authenticity because of certain details not being quite right.  We think it is the real deal but heavily altered.  The buttons, , the buttonholes, lack of the gold chain on the hem of the jacket and the couture label all make us a bit suspicious.  Tear in lining of skirt - we did not want to alter anything so we are leaving it to the buyer. Not noticeable when worn otherwise in excellent condition.  Priced accordingly and a great opportunity for someone who can't afford a pristine Chanel suit and is OK with the alterations and issues.
