fabulous piece from Welsh designer Jef Banks - known back in the 1970s for his sense of whimsy and eclectic prints. Very much in the style of Ossie Clark and Biba. This is a lightweight rayon dress in mauve wit a painterly floral print.Ruched bodice, gathered waist and puffy sleeves. Excellent condition.
