A gorgeous sleeve is made half-balloon by a strong shoulder pad- the sleeve is cut at an angle with button closures to give a cascading illusion. Additionally, the skirt of the dress is longer at both sides so when you move, you leave a gorgeous watercolor cape behind. 80s Trigere so dramatic AND beautiful.
