This archival piece is an avant-garde, asymmetrical deconstructed jacket designed by Rei Kawakubo for Comme des Garçons. It showcases the brand's signature deconstructed tailoring, utilizing raw edges, wrap panels, and an irregular silhouette. This incredible Comme Des Garçon top feels like a puzzle to the eye. Crafted with 100% wool, it is uniquely draped in an asymmetrical silhouette. Starting with a simple off the shoulder fit for a peak of the collarbone, continuing with distinctive asymmetrical touches with one of the sleeves being longer than the other or the illusion of a neckline insert being at the back of the capelet, which falls elegantly at the side of the sleeves unevenly. A few hooks at the front for closure. A simple black top with a one of a kind twist that just makes sense.
