Odicini Couture 1990s Glowing Brown Strapless Silk Gown with Beaded Accents

Walt Whitman once famously said for himself, "I contain multitudes". Are we comparing a designer couture gown to a famous poet? Of course we are! This glowing, FIVE layered chiffon silk gown definitely contains multitudes of fine whimsical power to highest degree. Depending on lighting and a slight breeze or two, this gown can be rich chocolate brown, mahogany, red and the most indulgent amber. The shimmering orange-amber beading lines the shimmer of this gown and enhances it. The ruching on the bodice is immaculate and creates waves of rich browns and golds. The secret to this gown could be the silk itself- we marvel at how fine and lovely the craftsmanship is throughout. Under three layers of brown chiffon train is a red peekaboo. Truly a stunning piece. Good vintage condition, various snags throughout the chiffon layers that vary from unnoticeable to (pictured) somewhat noticeable. One snag/discoloration at left side train. With the layers and fullness of the skirt, the condition issues are minimal.  Price reflects. Approximate size US 4.
