Mod culture and fashion dominated the 60s and Pierre Cardin was one of the front-runners of that fashion movement. In this 60s/70s-inspired overcoat, you can see the power of Cardin's geometric influence throughout the house's longevity. Bold shapes, amazing structure, fascinating movement. Made of wool crepe, the 70's inspired red lapel is a statement contrast to the black body. Two leather appliques mirror each other in a mod-nod, if you will. Leather tie with metal ends. Snap closure at navel. Side slits on either side with additional circle leather stops. Silk interior. Excellent condition.
