1930s Delicate Blush Satin Bias-Cut Gown with Floral Accent
This gorgeous blush gown is what romantic bridal dreams are made of. Delicate and the epitome of old Hollywood glamour, you'll be a shining example of elegance at any event. Cut on the bias, this is a form fitting gown that looks good on anybody type. The draping train wisps in the air, as if you are hovering on a cloud of pink. What makes this piece so unique is the petal-by-petal adaptation of a floral bouquet on the dress. Leaves and stamens add a endearing realism to this gown. Snap and clasp hooks are featured on left (flower) side. A matching attached silk tie can be used to cinch in the waist and create a bow on the back. For its age, this gown is in great condition, however, there are some flaws both noticeable and not noticeable. Minor snags (unnoticeable) can be seen on the gown. The two marks from the dry cleaner's attempt remove stains... they are a lighter hue and show texture variance (pictured). Otherwise, the flower could maybe be steamed and revived a bit. Still spectacular condition for a gown that is nearly 100 years old! Can accommodate a US 2-8 but check measurements to make sure no extensions exceed the bias-cut stretch on this gown.
