Claude Montana for Idéal-Cuir Late '70s Black Leather Zip Up Moto Bustier
This luxurious lambskin leather bustier is from Claude Montana's era designing for Idéal-Cuir. Biker chic, leather momma or cat woman, you'll whip an audience into place with this stand-alone wonder. Button snaps show scuffing which actually adds to the moto vibe of the piece. The satin lining is a great accent to the soft leather. Note to account for a larger bust to waist ratio to keep bust leveled as there is no padding and the top hem is relatively straight. Great vintage condition. Leather is in excellent condition with one minor knick at the back panel while the rest of the piece is in great shape.
Montana began designing for Michelle Costas's Parisian leather label, Idéal-Cuir, in 1973 and continued until the early '80s.
