Circa 1980s gown by Arnold Scaasi in the wonderful color combination of lipstick red velvet and hot pink floral embroidery. Off the shoulder with fitted bodice and full skirt.  Can be worn with shoulder strap or without. Full length red crinoline gives the skirt extra fullness. Excellent condition.
