VERSUS Takes New Direction
Saturday, December 1st, 2012While rumors of Christopher Kane taking over Balenciaga have proven to be untrue, we did finally get some reputable factoids about the designer. Versace has announced that Kane will be parting ways with Versus as the line takes a new direction.
Versus will no longer show at Milan Fashion weeks. Instead Donatella will collaborate with “a number of yet-to-be-named young designers, stylists, and creative talents” and produce capsule collections available for immediate online purchase, says WWD. Versus plans to rely heavily on social media and a digital marketing strategy for these collections. Who would you like to see collaborate with Donatella?
