Solange’s new video for “Losing You” has quickly become a TWWW fav! Maybe its the catchy rhythm or the breezy vocals, but we’re in love! Which is odd to say, as it’s a break-up song, but it’s the happiest, dance-inducing break-up song we’ve ever heard! The video, styled by Ty Hunter (also the stylist to Solange’s big sis Beyoncé) showcased the singer’s signature Afro-cool point of view with separates and suiting from Opening Ceremony, J. Crew and Kenzo.
Also featured were the Les Sapeurs of the Society of Tastemakers and Elegant People- gentlemen of the Congo who’s fabulous style reference French dandies. Italian photographer Daniele Tamagni who documented the subculture in his book Gentlemen of Bacongo was on set for the video to offer guidance. Check out the video and tell us what you think!
