We’re absolutely in love with Marc Jacobs’ Spring 2013 RTW collection. Bold, graphic, and 100% now. Stark stripes, gradiated grids, mixed with so much sixties’ cool that we’ve forgotten all about the color-blocked opulence of seasons past and decided that “it’s black, it’s white” (cue Michael Jackson.) Maybe Marc was visited by a gilded fairy godfather, Rudi Gernreich. POW prints were definitely a calling card of the famed designer and we’re happy to see a return to bolder graphic prints, plus large scale patterns flatter a variety of body types! We’re willing to bet this trend will gain widespread popularity, with no grey area.
